Looking for something a little different?

KIDS! Come and learn how to shoot arrows safely and how to score points! You can earn badges and certificates as you learn more and your arrows start scoring. Sometimes we have fun shoots where you might get to shoot at pumpkins or ghosts, knock down tin cans or even shoot through hoops! Even if you feel shy, our team will look after you and make you feel really welcome.

PARENTS. Nothing is more important to us than your child’s safety. Archery is a very controlled sport and safety is the number one priority which our Perfect Aimers learn about before they even pick up a bow. Archery can help with self esteem and confidence, focus and concentration, co-ordination and core strength and is just plain fun! It is accessible to almost everyone, please get in touch if your child has particular needs you would like to discuss.

WHY CHOOSE PERFECT AIM ARCHERY?

All sessions are run by Carlie who is a qualified teacher with 28 years of experience across all age ranges, a qualified Archery GB coach (attending continual CPD courses) and a Club Coach (and sometimes even finds time to do some archery of her own!). Sessions can be adapted to suit the needs of the cildren attending and will be structured to ensure safety at all times.

We are thrilled to be able to offer the following sessions:

Group 1: Open to children in Years 2 and 3, these sessions focus on fun and technique. They build strength, focus and camaraderie. Children in these session use the ‘soft play’ bows and arrows to perfect their techniques and have fun with others.

Group 2: Open to children in Years 4, 5 and 6, these sessions use ‘real’ bows and arrows. The children will shoot safely concentrating on correct technique and will begin to learn about scoring and different Archery GB rounds.

Group 3: Open to students in Year 7 upwards, these sessions use ‘real’ bows and arrows, learning technique and scoring and increasing in distances.

You DO NOT need any experience to join any of the classes, they are all open to beginners and will be adapted to suit each individual.

Classes are paid termly in advance..
